Jinwuzhou Label Printing Customization Process

Huizhou Jinwuzhou Paper Packaging Co., Ltd. specializes in the research and development and customization of label products, covering a wide range of application scenarios in industries such as food and beverage, daily chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and logistics. Through a systematic project process, from initial consultation to final delivery, we provide customers with efficient and professional one-stop customization services.

Step 1: Requirements Confirmation and Professional Evaluation

The customer submits product requirements, including:

Application scenario (e.g., refrigerated storage, waterproofing, tear-resistant, etc.)

Material requirements (e.g., PET, coated paper, thermal paper, etc.)

Process requirements (e.g., lamination, hot stamping, embossing, variable data, etc.)

Label specifications (size, shape, layout)

Our sales and technical teams will conduct a professional evaluation based on customer needs and recommend the appropriate material structure and processing technology to ensure that the label meets both functional requirements and brand recognition.

Step 2: Design Matching and Drawing Confirmation

If the customer already has a design: We will assist the customer in checking the drawing file format (such as AI, CDR, PDF, etc.) and confirm whether it meets printing specifications (bleed, color separation, resolution, etc.).

If the customer requires design support:

Our designers will discuss style, color, element layout, and other details with the customer.

Provide one to two drafts for the customer to choose from.

After customer confirmation, we will provide the finalized file for proofing and production.

Step 3: Proofing and Mold Development

Standard Printing Proof: We will provide the customer with a digital or physical proof to confirm the material, printing effect, and layout.

Custom Die-cut Products: If molds are required (such as custom-shaped labels or custom layouts), the mold fee is the customer's responsibility. Upon reaching a certain quantity in large-volume orders, the mold-cutting fee can be refunded upon negotiation.

Step 4: Contract Signing and Deposit Payment

After both parties confirm the final drawings, proofs, and quotation, the formal contract will be signed.

After the customer pays the deposit, we arrange mold production and material procurement.

Production lead time is calculated based on the mold completion date or finalization date.
